Heavy duty connectors are mainly used for electrical or signal connections between different devices or functional units, providing great convenience for the installation and maintenance of complex control equipment.
Heavy duty connectors are widely used in applications that require electrical and signal connections, such as rail transit, industrial automation, mechanical equipment, electric locomotives, and petrochemical power. They are standard electrical connection components commonly used in Industry 4.0.

shell

The heavy-duty connector housing is made of cast aluminum material or flame-retardant thermoplastic material, and the surface of the housing is uncoated with powder to make it resistant to impact and mechanical pressure. The sealing gasket between the shells has a fire rating of V-0, which can enable the product to achieve an IP65 protection level.
Various cable connectors and different forms of enclosures provide multiple solutions for different installation requirements.

The core is made of composite UL94V-0 fire-resistant thermoplastic material. The wiring methods for pin sockets that cooperate with the core include screw crimping and cold crimping.
